Katana with a well balanced, cambered, full blade. DNH7 steel forged with 3 hammers on a charcoal bed; true selective clay temper.
Hand sharpened, hand polished DNH7 high carbon steel blade with true differential quenching.
Genuine white rayskin handle with black silk cord wrap.
Black finish handmade iron tsuba with an arrow design.
Black lacquer finish wood scabbard.
Delivered with hih grade Japanese silk Sageo, in its nylon insulate zipper carrying case with pocket and adjustable strap.

Tsuka : 11.18", very nice white Same, brass Bow and Banner Menukis, bamboo Mekugi. New : slightly tappered, aged, polished iron Fushi-Kashira decorated with a groove. Filed brass Ito Domes.
Saya : Jackwood, glossy, smooth black lacquer; Kurigata, Koigushi, Kojiri are made of water buffalo horn. Filed brass Shito Domes.
All brass (except shito/ito domes) and copper pieces are "lost wax" cast.
